What do we do?

Tinks Faces offers a reliable professional face painting service. Available for all occasions no matter how large or small including Private Parties, Christenings, Fetes, Fund Raising Events, Corporate Events. With a wide selection of designs to inspire the imagination there's something for everyone - young or old! I hold Public Liability Insurance and am CRB Checked.

Tinks Faces is located in Durham and covers all the North East........Durham, Sunderland, Washington, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Newcastle, Gateshead, Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Redcar, Guisbrough, Northallerton, Thirsk and everywhere in between!

General Information

Whatever the event, large or small, from children's parties, christenings and weddings face painting is an instant hit!

Face painting is creative fun for all ages. Tinks Faces offers a wide range of designs from butterflies and fairy princesses to roaring tigers, super heroes and cheeky dogs. I like to tailor my designs to suit the individual who is being painted, this way i can ensure happy faces all round. As well as painting faces i can also offer designs for the cheek and arms so there's something for everyone!

If the child is under 3 i will offer a hand/arm design for safety reasons

I only use the highest quality paints when face painting, EU and FDA approved products, all paints are water based and can be removed with water and soap.

How long does it last?

I have a minimum booking of 2 hours. Each face can take between 3 - 5 mins depending upon the detail which means i can paint around 10 -12 faces per hour so please bear this in mind when booking your event. If more guests want to be painted over the two hours, if i can stay longer i will, though an additional cost will be charged. On bookings of three hours or over i will be entitled to take reasonable breaks at a convenient time during the day. This will be accounted for in the fee.

How old do i have to be?

Unfortunatly i dont paint over 3's but will offer a arm or hand design.

We will come to a venue of your choice.

If youre hiring a bouncy castle please check with the hirer that the children are allowed on the castle with face paints!

How Much does it cost?

Rates vary depending upon the type of event, time or location, wether you want the glitter tattoos,etc.

   Tinks Faces can paint between 10- 12 faces per hour depending on the intricacy of the designs chosen. We are happy to discuss application times for other services.
