1. Bouncy Castle sizes are usually quoted in feet, width then length. You will need to allow for an extra 2' on the width and 8' min on the length.
   This is to allow for the blower and tube at the back and mats at the front.
2. Although bouncy castles sometimes have rain covers this is not great protection as water is drawn through the fan and comes up through the seams. Always switch off in heavy rain and towel down before using again.
3. Always make sure that the bouncy castle has an up to date Pipa test, this is like an MOT for bouncy castles and is the only one recognised by the H&S executive.
4. Bouncy castles need a flat level area clear of debris and animal droppings. It is best on grass as hard surfaces are unsuitable for anchoring outside.
5. If there are high winds the bouncy castle should be deflated, it should not be operated at or above 25 mph gusts. This is when you can see small trees in leaf moving.
