What do we do?
Pam’s Pony Parties Wirral,dedicated to provide a unique, fun filled party/ride experience, planned with you, and for you, an educational experience which will help to develop self-confidence, acquire new skills, build self-awareness, also help generate sensitivity towards others and animals, and to have FUN!
Appropriate and insured from ages 2½ upwards, Pam’s Pony Parties are held in a supervised, safe environment providing a unique mix of rural and beach front location to North wirral peninsular coastal bridle paths here in the North West an excellent venue for any party.
Enabling your family and friends to enjoy and share interactive fun whilst learning and playing in the beauty of this privately owned idyllic environment which is solely used by you for your visit.
A converted, decorated stable with a lean to ,provides "Pam’s party place" for indoor games, quizzes and Birthday party food (not provided), Jake & Jesters stable provides a place for grooming and pampering our ponies, Monty and Lucie.
Decorate a genuine horse shoe with ribbons, names and crafts and/or decorate and pot a plant in Duncan’s stable if chosen by you as an activity, here stencilling, colouring, printing, stickers and other table top activities take place.
Ride on toys are available for younger children’s parties, rocking horses, tractors, ball pond, sandplay, slide etc (children must be supervised by parent/carer or responsible party organiser while we concentrate on the pony rides and grooming activities).
A paddock is provided for the lead rein pony/donkey/horse ride; here in our paddock a fun hobby horse gymkhana is set up, a rosette is awarded to each child if selected by you at the time of booking.
Adult riding taster sessions on Jake, groom, tack up and ride on a lead rein/lunge. Build confidence, have a go!. Ride out along our beach front beautiful bridle way with an experienced assistant.
The possibilities are endless, creating fun and making memories, at Pam’s Pony Parties "Birthdays just got Better"!
Duncan, Lucie and Monty can be hired to come to you, we have a horse trailer which carries up to 2 ponies.

All we ask is that there is room to park the car and trailer. An area suitable for the ponies to be handled or ridden.

General Information
We can plan your party to suit your child’s need, taking into full consideration their age, ability, gender, also their experience of ponies (if any). We are flexible and hope to meet your suggestions or requests. Friendly, helpful experienced staff will assist you to have the best party ever!
Although at this time we do not provide the food for your party we can suggest the following:

Please confirm if you plan to use Pam’s Party Place for your party food so as we can provide tables, chairs and table cloths, platters, plates and beakers at no extra cost. Leave us to do the clearing away.
When are you available for parties?
Parties and introduction to riding visits available are available to adults and children Saturday-Wed . Gates will be open 15 mins prior to party booking time.

How long does it last?
One and a half hours.

How old do i have to be?
We have insurance from the age of 2 1/2 upwards for our pony parties/Introduction to riding with choice of miniature ponies/ toy horses /horses and a donkey to suit each individual. Why meet the rest, come to Pam's Pony Parties and meet the best!
What venues do you use?
We have our own private venue here in the North West, boasting direct access to North Wirral Peninsulas bridle ways. We can also travel to you if located within the Wirral area, we require access to parking for a trailer and room for ponies to be ridden /handled in a safe place.
How Much does it cost?
Basic Birthday party price starts at £130.00 per 1½ hr for up to 8 children.
Each additional child £10 (siblings not taking part in riding/pampering are free) playpen available for babies,also baby changing facilities.
A FREE "Happy Birthday" Rosette is awarded to Birthday child. A
Horseshoe craft or pot planting activity additional charge of £5.00 per child (FREE to birthday child if choosing either or both of these activities)
Printed "well done" Rosette’s awarded for hobby horse gymkhana games additional charge of £1.00 per child
Wrapped small winners prizes of either £1.00 or £2.00 presented to winner for pin the tail on the donkey, horse shoe pitch competition, my little pony hunt etc.
If you wish to stay for longer than 1½ hour stay then a price is negotiable, please request at time of booking.
We will be only happy to assist you in all that we can to make you feel that with Pam’s Pony Parties “Birthdays Just got Better”!.
We also have a 1 to 1 introduction to riding for children and adults in private which is popular , priced at just £25.00, gain confidence, progress from riding in a round pen to a paddock then along our bridle way assisted by experienced staff.
How can i pay?
All party bookings require a £50.00 non-refundable deposit at time of booking party date. Party is required to be paid in full within 7 days of party day, otherwise a notice of cancellation of booking will be sent. Payments can be made using cash (on the day), bank transfer or paypal. In the unlikely event of a party having to be canceled by Pam’s Pony Parties due to unforeseen circumstances all monies deposited will be refunded in full.
Each party has public liability insurance of up to 1 million.
- Children should dress appropriately for weather on the day,coat,full shoe/ boot / wellie, with small heel. Child can bring her/his own cycle helmet; however, shared riding hats can be borrowed from us (free of charge).Back protectors are available

- Brilliant FunI took my 2 children with a friend and her 3 children for one of Pam's 1:1 sessions. The children ranged between 3-10 years, and all had a brilliant time. Pam and her assistant Nicole were extremely friendly and patient with the children, who all warmed to them both straight away. They were all given the opportunity to have a good ride of a pony and then were able to groom a pony individually with Pam's help. There are toilet facilities, tea/coffee facilities and if the weather wasnt good the children could have played in a covered area (where we took a packed lunch into). The children were also able to ask questions, with Pam and Nicole explaining how ponies/horses were looked after. I have already booked another session for next week, as the children loved it, and immediately asked to go again as soon as it was home time! I highly recommend Pam and her ponies!!!

- Highly recommendedAn outstanding party with Pam and her team for 9 children, ages ranging from 3 to 8 years, who were kept entertained and supervised for every minuet of the party leaving the adults to relax and enjoy. The ponies were very placid and gentle and extremely well behaved. Safety and hygiene were a top priority but didn't spoil the fun. The party was tailored to suit the mixed age ranges and went very smoothly. Access was good, allowing a wheel chair to be pushed around. Everyone children and adults alike had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend a party with Pam who was a very welcoming, energetic and organised host!

- Taster groom ,tack up and ride Jake session!I visited Pam's Pony Parties today and spent an hour with gentle Jake. He loved having his beautiful long mane and tail brushed, Pam showed me which brushes to use on the different parts of Jakes body. We tacked Jake up together, i felt Jake's quiet gentle way gave me confidence as I learnt all about the saddle and bridle and how to put them on him. I rode Jake in the paddock, Pam encouraged me and gave me confidence. I really do want to have riding lessons at a local riding school following my taster session at Pam's Pony Parties, Big thanks to Jake and Pam.
