What do we do?

There is a school of thought that believes babies listen and respond to sounds, even in the womb. Certainly there is ample proof that very young babies react to music and enjoy its effects. This is why Musical Minis is such a great activity for babies and toddlers.

To surround a child with visual and aural stimulation is not enough. Unless there is an active element it would be like giving a child a book and never opening the pages.

The Musical Minis programme has been designed to assist parents and carers to join in activities with their children, in order to encourage the child’s natural attraction to music and to learn good speech with the repetition of nursery rhymes and stories.

Musical Minis provides fun & educational music sessions for children from 0-4 years of age. We provide weekly sessions & parties across the North East and also work within childrens centres, nurseries & playgroups.
Each 45 minute session is different, however a typical session will include action songs, nursery rhymes, puppets, bubbles, parachute play, storytime & percussion instruments.

When do we do it?

Sessions are weekly during the school term, although we can also provide parties at weekends & during school holidays too.

General Information

Musical Minis parties are 1 hour and include action songs, nursery rhymes, puppets, bubbles, parachute play, storytime & percussion instruments. The birthday child receives a special gift and all the children receive a punch balloon to take home.

Anywhere, I have provided parties at homes, in parks, church halls!
