What do we do?

Mountain Monkeys aims to offer opportunities for a variety of adventures through the enjoyment and appreciation of the outdoors. We strongly believe in the beneficial impact adventures in the outdoors can have on any individual. All activities we offer aim to develop confidence, communication skills and team work but most importantly bring fun and adventure for all.

We provide outdoor activities which include Ghyll Scrambling, Rock Climbing, Archery, Abseiling, Raft Building, Kayaking, Open Canoeing, High Ropes, Guided Walks, Family Days, Teralyean Traverse and Guided Mountain Walks.

When do we do it?

All year round.

Decide what time of day you would like your activities to take place
Decide how many activities you would like to do (this may depend on your budget). Select which activities you would like to do – we will happily offer advice or answer any questions regarding this, just ask.

Celebrate your birthday at and let us throw you a party you’ll never forget. Bring all your friends for a fun-packed birthday of exciting outdoor activities.

We offer flexible birthday parties, allowing clients to create a day out to suit their age, interests and budget.

We provide a great range of outdoor activities that are suitable for parties including our mobile 8m high climbing wall and archery

Adventure Parties are a great alternative to the normal celabrations. We can run parties either at one of our specially picked locations or even at your own home venue with our mobile activitiy equipment. Call us today for that truly memorable birthday party with a difference!

How Much does it cost?

THe cost is very much dpendant upon the activities selected and the numbers atending.

1. All of our activities are flexible, and we believe that our packages prove to be good value for money every time. Please call to discuss the range of activities we offer in order taht we can put an appropriate package together for you.
2. The challenge to walk the 3 highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales is one of the ultimate goals of many people. Call and we will help you realise your ambitions of walking the National Three Peaks.
3. Please note some people complete the three peaks challenge in 24 hours; others prefer a more leisurely alternative, taking two or more days to complete. Again call us to go through your requirements.
4. Charity Abseils
   
   Running a Charity Abseil, from high buildings & structures has proven to be a great way of fundraising for many of our associated charities over the years. We can accommodate small groups of individuals to large groups of over 100.
5. Adventure Camps - Mountain Monkeys will be running a series of week long day camps which parents will be able to book their kids on for as many days as they would like. Please call and we will go through the detail with you.
