K J entertainment is a family-run bouncy castle hire business, based in Stoke on Trent with a first class and value for money service. We hire bouncy castles, slides, assault courses and a variety of helium balloons and face painting service to all of stoke on Trent and Cheshire and all surrounding areas.
We have a wide range of equipment ideal for birthday parties, school fetes, corporate events, fun days, celebrations, team building, school holiday camps, fund raising events, village fetes and large events. We are happy to advise you when planning your party or event.

We hire good quality, clean bouncy castles, slides and inflatable's which fully comply with the latest Health & Safety guidelines

When do we do it?

Our bouncy castle and bouncy slides can be used indoors and outdoors. We continue to operate 365 days of the year.

Where do we do it?

We have bouncy castles and inflatable slides. We are based at ST2 and ST8 allowing us to deliver to all the surrounding areas of Stoke on Trent and Cheshire.

General Information

We hire bouncy castles & bouncy slides and also offer a face painting & helium balloon service all year round for all types of events, such as children's birthday parties, corporate events, school holidays, clubs, weddings, fund raising events, special occasions, BBQ's, School fetes, Garden parties, Christenings and confirmations.

Our bouncy castles and inflatables are suitable for indoor and outdoor venues.

We continue to operate 365 days of the year so your event or party will be sure to be a blinding success whatever the weather. Should you hire a local hall, we will of course be happy to advise you of any height/width restrictions you may be concerned with when organizing your event.

When are you available for parties?

You are able to contact us between 8am and 9pm 7 days a week 365 days of the year.

How long does it last?

We try to be as flexible as possible to make your event a great dayfor all.

How old do i have to be?

We mainly cater for children of the age of 2 - 12 years of age.

What venues do you use?

We can provide our services to a wide range of venues, if you have any questions please contact us and we will be more than happy to make your event a good day.

How Much does it cost?

All of our prices are available on our website www.bouncycastlehiresot.co.uk

We deliver, set-up, dismantle and collect and this is all included in the hire price. We offer a free of charge cancellation option in the event of bad weather.

How can i pay?

Payment can be made on the event day.

1. What if it rains?
   Many of our castles have shower covers. However, if your hire date is very wet and you no longer wish to have the castle, you may cancel on the day. If there are very high winds/stormy weather is forecast, we may have to cancel.
2. How long can I keep the castle?
   
   You may keep the castle for a whole day or for only a few hours but the price will remain same. Normal hire days end at 7pm, depending on the time of year.
3. Note that all our prices include local delivery, set up, dismantling and collection service. Unlike many other bouncy castle hirers we offer a free of charge cancellation option in the event of bad weather if the event is outdoors.
4. What if I need to cancel?
   
   No problem, just give us a call. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. If you cancel on the doorstep or whilst we are en-route, we will have to charge the full amount previously agreed
5. Can I keep the castle overnight?
   
   The latest that we allow castles out until is 10pm and additional charges will apply after 7pm. The additional charge is £10 per hour (or part) between 8 and 10pm.
