Get- Animated Childrens Parties and Workshops.

What do we do?

We provide high quality animation parties and workshops.
The parties last for 2 hrs and during that time the participants make models with clay and bring them to life through animation. Invitations, Party Bags and one DVD are included.
The workshops are Bespoke, Get-Animated has worked with many Local Authorites in London and the South East, working with youth groups, young offenders, young people with disabilites, young carers and with charities.

When do we do it?

Get- Animated is available all year round, parties can take place in your home or at a venue.

Where do we do it?

We can travel! We are based in the South East and are now launching in Yorkshire and the North East.

General Information

Here you will discover a completely unique activity for your party whether you are 8 or 80 we have something for everyone just use your imagination, create a claymate and animate!!!!!!!!!

To enjoy the party you don't have to have any experience or be particularly creative as the animator will help you and your guests make clay models, sets and then through the use of professional digital hardware bring your model to life!

The sky really is the limit; let your imagination run wild. Themed parties can be further enhanced by the party goers creating an animation which relates to the party theme, imagine a hen party creating a film to show at the wedding!! or a Long John Silver film for a children's pirate party. Fantastic keepsakes to go alongside the more traditional photographs and video recordings.

Be Imaginative

You may think you have to wait for a birthday in order to host a 'Get Animated' party but this really is not the case, we have in the past facilitated animation within themed character parties for children for instance Fifi and the Flowertots or Postman Pat and themes such as pirates, fairies and football. We have also taken 'Get Animated' to Halloween and Christmas parties.

'Get Animated' parties really can fit any occasion, is some one moving house or leaving work?? Have a 'Get Animated' party and create a film with them... What a special gift for their send off, memorable and unique what more could you ask for??



If you are hosting a children's party we suggest that adults join in the activity, this helps the animator attend to each child individually as well as direct the group.

The Host will receive a copy of their film within seven working days, additional copies can be ordered from the animator. The completed film will have titles including the date and all participants will all be credited at the end.

Invitations and Party bags for children are included in the price; the latter are filled with quality items such as mini paint palettes and colouring books. For a minimal additional charge the bags can be themed in accordance to your party, Adult party goers will receive a copy of the DVD rather than a party bag although these can be requested if required. Additional DVDs can be ordered from the animator.

How long does it last?

Your animator will arrive at least half an hour before them party is due to commence in order to set up the relevant equipment.

Parties generally last for 2 hours and during which time the participants can either create a story and build their models and set or individually make models which are animated in a montage. As the party progresses the animator will help the party goers to animate their model, they will be amazed to see the result of their hard work immediately on the computer.

How old do i have to be?

The ideal age range is from 7 upwards, if your child is younger please call as we may be able to offer a bespoke animation party to suit your particular group.

How Much does it cost?

The basic rate of a 'GET ANIMATED' animation party is £200, the duration being two hours. With regard to Children's parties this rate is inclusive of party bags, invitations and a DVD for the party host. Adult parties will receive a DVD for each participant. Party bags for Adults can be requested, as can themed bags to co-ordinate with the party at an additional cost.

The maximum group size to one animator is 10, with regard to children's parties we ask that supervising adults join in the activity in order that the animator can help each child individually as well as direct the group. Groups over the 10 will be charged an additional rate. There may be an additional charge of 45p per mile for parties which are a substantial distance from the 'Get Animated' animator.

On booking a £50 deposit is required, this is non-refundable if the party is cancelled.

Additional DVDs can be purchased for £5 each. DVDs will be delivered within seven working days of the party.

All staff are CRB checked.

WORKSHOPS

The Brown Bowler 'Get Animated' Workshops are tailor made to the requirements of your individual organisation.


The host organisation will receive a DVD of the finished film, this will include titles and credits at the end. DVDs will be delivered within seven working days of the party.

How can i pay?

Parties - Cheque for deposit
Cheque or cash for the
remainder payable on the
day.

Workshops- Payment is to be made through BACs, or cheque 30 days after the workshop has been undertaken. The cancellation period is 3 weeks before the workshop is due to commence, after this period full payment is required.
