Cheshire Pony Parties

What do we do?

We don't just do parties! Our hour long experiences are popular as birthday or holiday treats.
We also have pony activities and courses running during school holidays.
We also offer day/half day pony experiences for teens and adults.
Memberships and gift vouchers also available

When do we do it?

We are open all year round, 7 days a week but by appointment only. Please contact us or book in online.

Where do we do it?

We are in Oscroft, 10mins Chester, Tarporley, Frodsham and Cuddington, 30 mins Nantwich, Wrexham, Neston and Knutsford.

General Information

Children are introduced to all our ponies and then are able to groom and decorate a pony/ponies with ribbons and clips. They then have a short ride around our orchard, followed by party tea taken either outside on our picnic benches or in our party stable.
We take care to include all children, provide an encouraging environment for hesitant children and challenge children who are confident.
All children receive a 'well done' rosette.
Parties for 11-14 year olds do not include riding but include other equally fun and horse themed activities.
We have LOTS of additional fun for children should you wish to include it in your childs party.
Complimentary hot drinks are provided for parents.
Children leave us feeling happy and confident around ponies, usually wanting to come back.
Parents also leave us happy that their childs party was all sorted for them and was a huge success!

When are you available for parties?

We are open all year round (we don't work Christmas Day!), 7 days a week and visits are by prior arrangement.
We offer significant discounts for week-day parties.

How long does it last?

We can create a bespoke party to your requirements. Our standard parties usually last 2 hours, with our deluxe parties lasting up to 3 1/2 hours.

How old do i have to be?

Our parties cater for the 2-14 age group.
Day and half day experiences cater for teens and adults and may visit our stud/competition horses.

What venues do you use?

Most parties are held in our Orchard where children are introduced to all our ponies and they can watch the ponies whilst eating party tea!
We can bring up to 2 ponies to your party within 30 miles of Kelsall.

How Much does it cost?

Summer parties start at £195 with some of our very special bespoke parties weighing in at around £750.
Week-day parties benefit from significant discounts, as do Winter parties.
Our hour long experiences start at £45 for one child.
We also provide some 90 minute holiday activities which are usually around £15 per child.

How can i pay?

Online or via cheque or cash.
We require a deposit for all our activities.
Visits are by prior arrangement only.

1. Children need to wear trousers and stout walking type boots if they have them, if not wellies.
   Please make sure children are warm enough-on cold days we advise 2 pairs of socks and 2 coats (eg fleece coat and an outer coat/waterproof) plus hats.
2. Parking - Please pull into the house drive. If we haven’t had much rain, you will be able to park on the grass area to the right of the drive-just pull down to the bottom of the drive then drive onto the grass.
