When are you available for parties?

We are available all year round but i would strongly recommend for you to book as early as possible as we get extremely busy.

How long does it last?

The bouncy castle is yours for the day. Bouncy castles and bouncy slides are delivered in the morning the time depends on how busy we are that day. Collections are then made in the evening, again depending on how many bouncy castles we are picking up and what time you need it to. We try to be as flexible as possible and work around times that are convenient with you.

How old do i have to be?

Our bouncy castles are suitable for children up to age 12.

What venues do you use?

We deliver to any venue as long as you have got the owners permission i.e. Public Houses, Church Halls, Hotels, Community Events, Home addresses etc.

How Much does it cost?

Our prices vary depending on the product requested and the day requested for. I would recommend for you to look on our website where i am sure you will find what you are looking for.

How can i pay?

We take payment on the actual day when we erect your inflatable. Payment is in either cash or cheque.

1. The person hiring the inflatable should ensure that it is supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
2. Don't forget to give the kids regular sun protection in the summer as well as lots of refreshments. When the castles arrive they could well stay on them all day.
   
   
3. Don't forget the weekends are always the most popular time for booking castles so again provide us with lots of advance notiice if your party or gathering is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday.
4. Always make sure you have sufficient space for the bouncy castle to be set up. The area must be clean and safe.
   
5. Do's and Don'ts when hiring a bouncy castle:
   
   1. No food allowed on the castle at any time.
   2. No shoes.
   3. No adults allowed on the castle.
   4. Please make sure an adult is supervising at all times.
