What do we do?

Here at bouncytown we provide a reliable, friendly service and have wide range of bouncy castle, inflatable slides, sumo suits and other inflatables suitable for outdoor or indoor hire across the Chester & North Wales area.

We adhere to the strictest safety standards we have full public liability insurance and are members of British Inflatable Hire Alliance

We hire bouncy castles & inflatables for all occasions, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions we are always happy to discuss any queries you may have about hiring an inflatable.

When do we do it?

Our bouncy castles & inflatables are avilable to hire all year round, seven days a week.

Where do we do it?

We cover North Wales and Chester though will travel a little further if required. Beyond this area of norma operations we will have to charge a sligh surcharge dependent upon distance.

General Information

Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your Castle between 8.00 am and 12 noon. (Please make sure someone is in to take delivery.) We will ensure your castle is securely pegged down and is in full working order. We will also answer any questions you may have, provide you with a copy of the hire agreement, and ask you to examine the castle for any damage. We then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 5pm onwards. If your party is in the morning or in the evening then delivery and pick up time can be arranged to suit you.

When are you available for parties?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy at times so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability

How long does it last?

Most bookings are for the day though we can , of course, accomodate your requirements.

How old do i have to be?

Our castles are made for children 12 and under. We do however have several castles that can be hired out for adults or whole families.

How Much does it cost?

Price is very much dependent upon the package you book. Please refer to our voucher offer below or look on our website for further value for money deals.

Price's include delivery,set up and collection,All castles are supplied with a blower, extension cable, safety mats and an RCD circuit breaker. We may have to ask for a small delivery charge depending on distance.

How can i pay?

You can pay by either cash or cheque if accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. Sorry we do not take credit cards at this time.

No deposit is required. We take people at their word. All we ask is that if you need to cancel a booking then you do so with us as soon as possible

1. Call us to go through your precise requirements. By preparing early we can do our best to ensure that you get exactly what you are after.
2. Question. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
   
   No, this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
   
   
3. Question. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
   
   We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle. You will need to provide a 240 volts mains supply otherwise the only thing you need to provide is the children!
   
   
   
4. Most of our castles are available for either indoor or outdoor hire. Call us to go through your specific requirements to ensure we provide you with asuitable castle.
