What do we do?

Fancy getting up close and personal to natures airborne predators?
A day out in our Birds of Prey Centre might be just the thing for you. We offer group challenges and adventure trails, as well as the opportunity to meet some of our seventy resident birds of prey within the centre and take our smaller owls on a woodland walk.
Or how about a day swinging thorough the trees?
Our ropes package can incorporate a wide range of activities from the breath taking High Ropes Course with its 45ft freefall finish to Abseil Platforms, Archery and Shelter Building.
Full and half day packages are available, with the option of morning or afternoon sessions, and you can even pick and choose what activities from each centre will be included in your day.

When do we do it?

Beamish Wild is open 7 days per week, opening at 10am and closing at 4.30pm every day.

Where do we do it?

Most of our parties take place within the Centre; however, offside flight displays are also available.

General Information

Sick of the same old Birthday Parties? Want to try something different? At Beamish Wild we aim to provide an action packed day with a party theme.
You and your friends will spend the day completing a series of secret challenges. You will also meet our resident birds of prey during a guided tour followed by a spectacular flight display. For those a bit more adventurous why not try having a blast in the tree tops on our High Ropes Course or becoming a regular Robin Hood and trying your hand at archery?
We have a variety of food options on offer, from a party meal in our Tree Tops Cafe to picnic hampers specially provided. Beamish Wild can also provide goodie bags full of souvenirs and arrange Birthday Cakes.

When are you available for parties?

Beamish Wild is available for parties 7 days per week, and are flexible on timings – be it an afternoon trip around the Birds of Prey or an evening on the ropes course in darkness – we will endeavour to meet your request. Please contact us to check availability on 01207 233 733 opt. 7.

How long does it last?

Parties at Beamish Wild are entirely tailored to your request. We can provide action packed morning or afternoon sessions, or a fun filled full day of activities with a scheduled lunch break.

How old do i have to be?

For a Birds of Prey Party we ask for the chicks to be a minimum age of 5 years old. For the High Ropes Course an age requirement of 10 years minimum is also applicable, however we do offer a low ropes challenge for those who are not quite old enough.

What venues do you use?

Be it up in the trees or down on the ground, all parties take place within the centre, taking the mess and stress away from you. Offsite flight displays are also available – simply call 01207 233 733 for further information.

How Much does it cost?

Prices for a ‘Wild’ Party begin at just £10.00 per person, with no limit to the amount of friends you bring along.

How can i pay?

A deposit of just 10% will guarantee your party and the final balance is payable 14 days before the event.
